Cream Tuna on Toast

In the end it’s always amazing and this one is no different. Who loves gravy, carbs, and tuna? Well this has it all. Plus you can add some veggies to mix it up a bit.
Cream Tuna on Toast

In the end it’s always amazing and this one is no different. Who loves gravy, carbs, and tuna? Well this has it all. Plus you can add some veggies to mix it up a bit.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna (drained)
  • 1 stick butter (Salted)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

instructions

  1. Heat butter on low heat until melted. Stir often to keep from burning.
  2. Whisk in flour to make a roux.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and stir. Stir often until desired consistency.
  4. Add tuna and heat until cooked.
  5. Heat toast in toaster. Don’t add butter.
  6. Pour tuna gravy over toast and enjoy.
